CORI Form
Massachusetts law requires schools to conduct Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) checks on current and prospective employees and volunteers.
All Brackett volunteers must fill out a CORI form and return it to the Brackett front office before volunteering. A copy of your driver’s license is needed (the office can copy it for you when you turn in the form). Hard copies of the form are available at the office and a digital copy can be found here.
CORI checks are valid for three years.

Upcoming Events
3rd Grade Menotomy Day
Thursday, May 21, 8:00 a.m.-1:45 p.m.
Third Grade Families: Menotomy Day will take place on Thursday, May 21st — and you’re invited to get involved with this fun, interactive day!
Menotomy Day is a highlight of the 3rd grade year. Students spend the day immersed in hands-on learning about life in Arlington during the 17th and 18th centuries, with activities like candle-making, butter churning, and traditional outdoor games.
To bring this special day to life, we’re looking for parents and caregivers to help with both planning/preparation and running activity stations on the day of the event.
Thanks to the thoughtful work of past 3rd grade families, we have a great plan in place—we just need helping hands to make it happen! We need volunteers for:
- Planning/Prep: Up to ~5 hours total (flexible—any amount of help is appreciated!)
- How to help: Please email Tammy Kalt at tkalt@brackettpto.org.
- Day-of Volunteers: Half-day (morning or afternoon) or full-day options available
- How to sign up: Keep your eye out for an email after April break with specific roles during the event.
Interested in Getting Involved? Email Tammy Kalt at tkalt@brackettpto.org.
